To complete your file, we ask for:
• ID document
• Guarantor's ID document
• Letter of admission or proof of enrolment
• Full contact details (address, phone, email)
• Bank details for rent payment
You can start your booking even if some documents are missing and provide them later.
A simple, fast and secure process:
1. Fill out the housing request form
2. Be contacted within 48 hours (excluding weekends)
3. Send the documents to barcelona@kley.es and pay the booking fee (€160)
4. Sign the contract online
5. Pay the first month's rent and the deposit
6. Receive the final confirmation
To complete the booking file, we require:
• Student's ID document
• Guarantor's ID document (you as parent or tutor)
• Letter of admission or proof of enrolment
• Address, phone and email (of the student and the guarantor)
• Bank details of the account to be used for rent payment (if you are a European resident)
You can however start the booking even if some documents are not yet available and provide them later.
You can book at any time depending on availability.
We nonetheless recommend booking in advance to secure a spot.
